was amazing last night. blink-182 (as everyone in the universe knows by now) cancelled, so weezer did an extra-long set. fine by me! rivers wasn’t what I expected at all,though. rememberance.
Today I’ve been watching the coverage of Sen. Ted Kennedy’s funeral and it made me so sad. What made it even more emotional was when the staff at the capital broke out into a rendition of “God Bless America”. That group coming together to remember a man, and then singing such an emotional song was a beautiful moment.
Then I got to thinking about songs and rememberence....
